Who we are. grimoireart.com is operated by Grimoire Art Studio LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Grimoire Art”, “we”). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and images. Our products are reproductions of public-domain artworks, printed to order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result. Product mock-ups and room scenes are illustrations of scale and style, not photographs of your exact item.
Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors; if an order was placed at a wrong price, we will contact you before fulfilling it and you may cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken when you place the order.
Orders. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or an item we cannot produce) and will refund any payment in full.
Promotions and coupons. Discounts apply only as described in the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated.
Shipping, returns and refunds. These are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns, Refunds & Replacements policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property. The underlying artworks are in the public domain. Our restorations, photographs, mock-ups, text, logo and site design are owned by us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
