Every Grimoire Art piece is printed to order by our production partners. We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Production time. Orders go into production after payment is confirmed. Typical production times are:
- Art prints (unframed): 1–3 business days
- Framed prints and canvases: 2–5 business days
- Apparel, tote bags, journals and candles: 2–5 business days
Delivery time. After dispatch, typical transit times are:
- United States: 2–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 3–8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 3–8 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, public holidays and peak seasons can add time. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels, because different items can be made in different facilities.
Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and cart. Current rates:
- United States and United Kingdom: $6.95 per order; free on orders of $75 or more.
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: $9.95 per order; free on orders of $120 or more.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes. Most items are produced in or near the destination country, which usually avoids import duties. Some items may ship from another country; in that case local duties or taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout, it is shown before you pay.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when each parcel is dispatched.
Address errors. Please check your shipping address before paying. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it; after production starts we may not be able to change it.
Lost or late parcels. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, email us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.
