- Small: 8 x 10 in (20 x 25 cm) — Ideal for desk displays, book shelving, and gallery clusters.
- Standard: 12 x 16 in (30 x 40 cm) — Balanced for entryways, reading nooks, and bedside vignettes.

What paper stocks are used for print reproduction?
Prints are rendered on heavyweight archival paper options, including Museum Archival Matte (230 gsm), Textured Cotton Rag (310 gsm), and German Etching fine art papers using pigment-based archival inks.
Orders & Fulfillment Hubs
Where are orders fulfilled and dispatched?
100% of our wall art prints, tapestries, journals, candles, and apparel are fulfilled directly from domestic hubs in North Carolina, California, London, and Amsterdam with zero hidden import taxes or surprise courier duties.
How long does order fulfillment and packaging take?
Because each fine art piece and garment is custom-printed upon receipt of your order, standard production typically takes between two and four business days prior to dispatch. Transit times vary depending on the destination selected at checkout.
How are artworks packaged for transit?
Unframed prints are rolled with acid-free glassine paper into reinforced heavy-duty postal tubes. Framed works and stretched canvases are secured with reinforced corner protectors, bubble wrap, and custom double-walled corrugated shipping cartons.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation containing tracking details is delivered to your registered email address.
Returns & Damage Replacements
What is your Damage Replacement Policy?
If your item arrives damaged during transit, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, email support@grimoireart.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We review claims within 1–2 business days and send a free replacement or issue a full refund, as you prefer.
What is the standard return window?
We offer up to 30 days to return unused merchandise in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our curator desk at support@grimoireart.com with your order details.
Artwork Care & Preservation
How should I clean and maintain my framed artwork?
Use a dry, clean microfiber cloth to gently dust the frame moulding and acrylic glazing. Avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners or abrasive detergents, as these can cloud optical acrylic surfaces.
Where is the ideal location to hang archival prints?
To preserve pigment vibrancy over decades, hang prints away from continuous direct sunlight and avoid environments with excessive humidity, such as unventilated bathrooms.
